Salem Spartans …. You are now the Pride of Cave Spring as well.

Salem students, faculty and staff, thank you so much for all of the love you have shown towards my daughter Kendall. Unfortunately we were out of town tonight but we saw the game on the news. It was incredible to see everyone in Salem supporting Kendall, we are speechless. We plan on coming to your school to thank you in person. The generosity and compassion you have shown gives us hope and determination to fight this cancer.  Thank you again from the bottom of my heart . This means so much to our family and our promise to you is Kendall will Fight Like A Knight and a Spartan. God Bless, Kendall’s Dad

Mr.Bayne , I just wanted to say,at the game last night ,even though we don’t personally know Kendall ,she was on our minds more than the game .We were more excited about going to the game last night to show our support for Kendall , than anything else , football was NOT an important thing .When our entire band came on the field wearing the purple Kendall shirts , My wife teared up , and I got chills ,and your classy fans gave them a standing ovation , I just wanted to paint a little picture of what the atmosphere was like during the whole game .It’s like they said last night over the P.A. we were all Knights last night . Tell Kendall Salem is thinking about her , and wishes her a speedy recovery.

    Kendall and Family,
It is so heartwarming to see the support that is being given to Kendall and your family. The kids of Salem are inspiring in how they have enveloped Kendall when most of them don’t know her and never heard her name before she became sick. It just goes to show us that they care so much about their peers and have really stepped up to the challenge of making Kendall feel loved. I am a lifelong Salemite and am extremely proud of my daughter and the other Salem students that have chosen to join Team Kendall in her fight. We will continue to pray for Kendall and her recovery… Never give up on a miracle…
