Feeling Better

Kendall is up and moving around and has even gone to Bojangles to get her favorite biscuit.  She continues to get stronger and her appetite is getting back to normal.  Her incisions have healed nicely and she continues to walk to get her lung back to full capacity. Thanks again for everyones help and prayers. It is so nice and comforting to know that you all are still supporting us. We will have a follow up appointment on the 17th at Duke to check on her recovery and then we will decide our next treatment plan. Take care and thank you so much,  The Baynes

Im so happy that kendall is doing really good!! I didnt know Kendall personally but she has really helped me realize that even the worst thing that could happen shouldnt bring you down and you should think of positives no matter how bad the situation. She really helped alot of people realize that they need to look into the future and not to think about the worst and let it bring you down. Please tell her that I said “Thank You for setting a great example for kids and adults that have the worst thing to happen to them. Also, I hope you feel better and get back to her regular schedule.”

    Thank You Kendall,
    Robyn

Hi Kendall. I don’t know your father but was at my first BioOnc meeting in Sept. and heard your story. I’m on the Hematology Rituxan team and was an Oncology nurse for many years so I have a good understanding of what you are going through. You are amazing!! Your smile and spirit are just incredible. You keep fighting and I, along with many others, will keep on praying for you. You can win this. God bless you and your family. Kirby
